我们学校是一所中等职业学校,即阜新市第一职专,与高校合作成为高等教育自学考试的助学单位。所谓的高等教育自学考试(简称自学考试或自考),是将国家考试、社会助学和个人自学结合起来对自学者开展的以学历考试为主的考试形式。在校中职生享有在校期间可以参加高等教育自学考试的政策,所以我们对在校生要求参加辅导。在辅导过程中,老师们发现学生存在着许多问题,例如学生普遍不爱学习,上课不认真听讲,课堂纪律不好,逃课现象也比较严重,出勤率较低,及格率低等等。任课教师也存在很多问题,例如对学生要求不严格,授课内容不吸引人等等。对于这些现象,管理者一直没有找到很好的解决办法,并且以往的研究中一直也没有系统的解决方案或思路。我认为动机是学习的起点站,加强对自学考试学生学习动机的研究、了解和分析学生的学习状况,总结和归纳提成学生学习动机的方法和措施,从而试图探索出一条适合我校自考工作发展的有效途径。
