利用SSR分子标记分析了126份玉米自交系的遗传多样性,初步进行了种质类群的划分。从230对SSR引物中筛选出70对扩增条带清晰稳定具有多态性的引物。结果表明,70对引物在供试材料中共检测出278个等位基因变异,每对引物检测出2~7个等位基因,平均4个。每对引物的多态性信息量(PIC)变化范围为0.444~0.835,平均0.682。126个自交系之间的遗传相似系数变化范围为0.576~0.978。利用UPGMA聚类分析方法将126份供试自交系可以划分为A、B两大类群,共6个亚群。
The genetic diversity of 126 maize inbred lines was analyzed by using SSR markers and the classification of germplasm was conducted preliminarily. From 230 pairs of SSR primers, 70 pairs of primers with clear and stable amplified polymorphic bands were selected. The results showed that a total of 278 alleles were detected in 70 pairs of primers, and 2 to 7 alleles were detected in each pair of primers, with an average of 4. The polymorphism information (PIC) of each pair of primers ranged from 0.444 to 0.835 with an average of 0.682. The genetic similarity coefficients of 126 inbred lines ranged from 0.576 to 0.978. Using UPGMA cluster analysis method, 126 inbred lines can be divided into A and B two groups, a total of six subgroups.
