为了确定沥青路面的车辙等效轴载换算系数,对3种路面结构进行了足尺ALF(Acceler-ated Load Facility)加速加载车辙试验,并进行理论分析。根据车辙等效原则建立了轴载换算系数的方法;以3种路面结构在3种工况下的车辙数据为基础,得出车辙深度与轴载作用次数的关系,进而求解不同结构的车辙等效系数和车辙等效轴载换算系数。研究结果表明:3种路面结构的车辙等效轴载换算系数分别为4.56、4.90和2.71;改性沥青混合料比基质沥青混合料具有更小的轴载换算系数,说明其具有更低的轴载敏感性;推荐改性沥青混合料的车辙等效轴载换算系数为2.7,基质沥青混合料的为4.9。
In order to determine the rutting equivalent axle load conversion coefficient of asphalt pavement, three kinds of pavement structures were subjected to accelerated load rutting test with full-scale ALF (Acceler-ated Load Facility) and theoretical analysis. Based on the principle of rutting equivalence, the method of on-board conversion coefficient was established. Based on the rutting data of the three kinds of pavement structures under the three conditions, the relationship between the depth of rutting and the number of axle loading was obtained.
