对羊硒菜提取物的体外抗氧化活性进行研究,比较不同溶剂提取物的抗氧化和自由基清除活性。采用层析方法将羊硒菜甲醇提取物分成6部分,即F1组分~F6组分。利用还原力、Fe2+螯合和低密度脂蛋白(LDL)氧化的方法研究F2组分的抗氧化特性,试验结果表明:羊硒菜甲醇提取物具有较强的抗氧化和自由基清除活性。与其它组分相比,F2组分具有较强的抗氧化能力,当其质量浓度为0.5mg/mL时,抗氧化活性达到73.6%,对DPPH自由基的EC50达到16.4μg/mL,强于BHT。在质量浓度0.025~0.15mg/mL范围,F2组分具有一定的还原能力和较弱的Fe2+离子螯合能力,能够有效抑制Cu2+引发的LDL氧化。
The antioxidant activities of extracts of Sheep selenium were studied in vitro, and the antioxidant and free radical scavenging activity of different solvent extracts were compared. The chromatographic method was used to separate the methanolic extract of Sheep Selenium into six parts, that is, F1 component to F6 component. The antioxidant activity of F2 was studied by reduction, Fe2 + chelation and low-density lipoprotein (LDL) oxidation. The results showed that methanol extract of Shexian selaidensis possessed strong antioxidant and free radical scavenging activities. Compared with other components, F2 component has a strong antioxidant capacity, when the concentration of 0.5mg / mL, the antioxidant activity reached 73.6%, DPPH free radical EC50 reached 16.4μg / mL, stronger than BHT. Under the concentration range of 0.025-0.15 mg / mL, the F2 component has a certain reduction ability and a weak Fe2 + ion chelating ability, and can effectively inhibit Cu2 + -induced LDL oxidation.
