我厂延迟焦化装置能耗从1978年的3.722GJ/t 下降到1986年的1.079GJ/t,平均每年降低10%,1987年1—8月份下降到982.2MJ/t。以前冷却带出热量占48.7%,加热炉及其它热量损失占51.3%。能耗高的主要原因:1)热量回收仅3.4%,因此冷却水消耗量大。2)加热炉热效率仅67%且散热量大。能量的有效利用率只有72%。在整个热量消耗中水和烟气所排弃的能量占71%,其次是管理方面的问题。为此我们从以下几方面入手。
The energy consumption of delayed coking plant in our factory dropped from 3.722GJ / t in 1978 to 1.079GJ / t in 1986, with an average annual decrease of 10% and from January to August 1987 to 982.2MJ / t. Before the cooling with 48.7% of the heat, heating furnace and other heat loss accounted for 51.3%. The main reasons for high energy consumption: 1) heat recovery is only 3.4%, so the cooling water consumption. 2) heating furnace thermal efficiency is only 67% and heat dissipation. The effective use of energy is only 72%. Water and flue gas emissions accounted for 71% of the total calorie expenditure, followed by management issues. To this end, we start from the following aspects.
