浙江医科大学传染病研究所吕新法报导,他们从400ml 人血清(相当28克蛋白质)中分离到7.4mg电泳纯的α-DBP(αDNA 结合蛋白),经 SDS-PAG测定分子量为59 000,280nm/260nm=1.11,糖染色(HIO_4-Schift)阳性,提示 aDBP 是典型的糖蛋白。由此制成羊抗-αDBP。遴选环状免疫单扩散法对256例健康个体和933份各类癌症病人血清做了筛选。发现真正健康个体的αDBP 含量丰富,沉淀

The molecular weight of SDS-PAG was 59 000 and 280 nm/. 260 nm = 1.11, positive for sugar staining (HIO_4-Schift), suggesting that aDBP is a typical glycoprotein. Thus, goat anti-α DBP was prepared.
