目的 提高儿童小脑蚓部各种肿瘤CT诊断的准确性。方法 经手术、病理证实的儿童小脑蚓部肿瘤6 9例 ,4脑室肿瘤 14例 ,男性 48例、女性 35例。术前均行CT平扫及增强扫描。结果 髓母细胞瘤 42例 ,CT平扫以略高、等或混杂密度为主 ,增强后肿瘤可均匀或略不均匀强化。星形细胞瘤 2 6例 ,CT平扫以略低、低混杂密度为主 ,增强后可轻度、不规则强化。少枝胶质瘤 1例、室管膜瘤 11例 ,平扫以等、混合密度为主 ,多有均匀强化 ,常伴脑积水。脉络丛乳头状瘤 3例。结论 根据患儿的年龄及CT表现有助于小脑蚓部肿瘤的鉴别诊断
Objective To improve the accuracy of CT diagnosis of various cerebellar vermis in children. Methods Sixty-nine cases of cerebellar vermis tumors confirmed by surgery and pathology, 14 cases of 4 ventricle tumors, 48 males and 35 females. Preoperative CT scan and enhanced scan. Results Medullary tumor in 42 cases, CT scan to slightly higher, or mixed density mainly enhanced tumor can be uniform or slightly uneven enhancement. 26 cases of astrocytoma, CT scan to slightly lower, low hybrid density-based, enhanced may be mild, irregular enhancement. 1 case of small branch glioma, 11 cases of ependymoma, plain scan to wait, the main mixed density, and more uniform enhancement, often accompanied by hydrocephalus. Choroid plexus papilloma in 3 cases. Conclusion According to the age and CT findings of children, it is helpful to differentiate the cerebellar vermis tumors
