目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定止嗽片中紫菀酮含量的方法。方法:Agilent Extend C_(18)(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)为分析柱,流动相:乙腈-水(96:4),流速:1.0 ml·min~(-1),检测波长:200 nm。结果:紫菀酮在0.513~3.081μg范围内峰面积与进样量呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9),加样回收率为100.05%,RSD=0.93%。结论:该方法简便、可靠、准确,可以作为止嗽片的质量控制指标之一。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of shionone in Zhushi tablets by high performance liquid chromatography. Methods: The Agilent Extend C_ (18) (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) column was used as the analytical column. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water 96: 4, flow rate 1.0 ml · min -1, . Results: The peak area of shionone in the range of 0.513 ~ 3.081μg was linear with the injection volume (r = 0.999 9). The recoveries were 100.05% and the RSD was 0.93%. Conclusion: The method is simple, reliable and accurate and can be used as one of the quality control indexes of Zhishu Tablets.
