TiAl合金层片组织具有相当好的室温断裂韧性和抗高温蠕变性能,但层片团中强烈的塑性各向异性导致其室温塑性很低。研究了Ti-46.5Al-2.5V-1Cr(at.%)合金层片组织发生瑞利分解(Rayleigh′sBreakdown)现象的热处理条件及α_2片间断对塑性的作用。实验发现,在一定温度区间进行循环热处理过程中,α_2相的溶解析出相变能有效地强化瑞利分解现象。α_2层片发生瑞利分解后,从4点弯曲实验计算出的全层片组织室温压断塑性张应变提高38%。
TiAl alloy lamellae have very good room temperature fracture toughness and high temperature creep resistance, but the strong plastic anisotropy in the lamellae leads to low plasticity at room temperature. The effects of heat treatment conditions and the discontinuity of α 2 sheet on the ductility of Ti-46.5Al-2.5V-1Cr (at.%) Alloy sheet were investigated. It is found that during the cyclic heat treatment in a certain temperature range, the dissolution and transformation phase transformation of α_2 phase can effectively strengthen Rayleigh decomposition. After Rayleigh decomposition of α_2 ply, room temperature compressive plastic tensile strain of the full ply tissue increased by 38% from 4-point bending test.
