我院从１９８９年１月至１９９２年９月为１０６例（１１７眼）７５岁以上老人日内障患者施行了后房型人工晶体植入术。其中患有全身多系统疾病者占７４．５％，以冠心病居多占４４．３％。经过术前、术中和术后妥善治疗处理，不仅安全地施行了手术而且术后恢复迅速，效果良好。术后一年以上随访到６７例（７７眼），裸眼或矫正视力≥０．５者６６眼占８５％，０．１－０．４者９眼占１２％。并发症与年龄较轻者相比未见增多。
