我科自1989年以来采用大剂量复方丹参注射液静脉滴注治疗急、慢性荨麻疹、结节性痒疹、湿疹及皮肤变应性结节性血管炎(Cuta-neous Allergic Nodular Vasculitis,CANV)四种皮肤病,疗效满意。现将收治的42例总结报告如下。资料与方法一、临床资料:1.荨麻疹16例。其中男性9例,女性7例;病程1月以内者4例,1～6月者6例,6月～1年者4例,1年以上者2例;16例均无明确诱因。2.结节性痒疹9例。男性6例,女性3例;病程最短者2年,最长者8年;均为泛发型,皮疹数目均30个以上。3.湿疹11例。男性7例,女性4例;其中急性泛发型9例,小腿静脉曲张性郁滞性湿疹
