本文在分析拖拉机变速箱的结构型式和运动学特点以及“列表试凑法”原理的基础上,提出了计算机辅助拖拉机变速箱运动设计的数学模型、求解方法及其BASIC程序。用以合理分配传动系传动比和确定变速箱各档传动比及齿轮齿数包括简单式、平面(三轴、四轴)组成式、空间组成式和具有行星机构组成式等各类变速箱。
Based on the analysis of the structural and kinematic characteristics of the tractor transmission and the principle of “list trimming”, this paper presents the mathematical model, solution method and BASIC program of the computer aided tractor transmission design. In order to rationally allocate the transmission ratio of the transmission system and determine the gear ratios and gear teeth of each gear box of the transmission, various gearboxes including a simple type, a planar (three-axis and four-axis) composition type, a space composition type and a planetary mechanism composition type are included.
