在稀醋酸溶液中,微波辐射下壳聚糖与CU2+反应制备了壳聚糖Cu2+配合物,然后将制得 的配合物与环氧氯丙烷在微波辐射下再进行交联反应后,用稀酸除去Cu2+,合成了具有Cu2+离子 孔穴的交联壳聚糖树脂.考察了该树脂对Cu2+、Ni2+、Co2+的吸附性能.实验表明,使用微波辐射 模板法制备具有Cu2+离子孔穴的交联壳聚糖树脂,能大大缩短反应时间;制备的树脂在酸性条件下不会发生软化和溶解,重复使用性能亦好;对 Cu2+比对Ni2+和 Co2+具有较高的吸附容量.
In dilute acetic acid solution, chitosan reacted with CU2 + under microwave irradiation to prepare chitosan Cu2 + complex, and then the resulting complex was reacted with epichlorohydrin under microwave irradiation for further cross-linking reaction. Remove the Cu2 +, cross-linked chitosan resin with Cu2 + ion voids was synthesized. The adsorption properties of Cu2 +, Ni2 + and Co2 + were investigated. The experimental results show that the preparation of crosslinked chitosan resin with Cu2 + ion channels by microwave irradiation can greatly shorten the reaction time; the prepared resin does not soften and dissolve under acidic conditions and has good reusability; the Cu2 + Ni2 + and Co2 + have higher adsorption capacity.
