目的:探讨营养宣教在糖尿病患者治疗中的重要性。方法:选取该院内分泌科2013年10月入院的糖尿病患者60例,并将这60例患者随机分为两组:营养宣教干预组和对照组。营养宣教干预组患者除接受药物治疗外,还通过书面宣教、图文宣传和口头宣教等方式对患者进行健康宣教;对照组患者仅接受药物治疗控制血糖。结果:营养宣教干预组与对照组血糖比较,有显著差异(P<0.5)营养宣教干预组的空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白等指数明显优于对照组。结论:对糖尿病住院患者进行药物治疗的同时进行营养宣教,不仅能有效地控制患者血糖,提高治疗效果,同时还能使患者掌握相关的营养知识,减少并发症的发生。
Objective: To explore the importance of nutrition education in the treatment of diabetic patients. Methods: 60 cases of diabetic patients hospitalized in the department of endocrinology in October 2013 were selected and randomly divided into two groups: nutrition education intervention group and control group. In addition to receiving medical treatment, patients in nutrition education intervention group also carried out health education on patients through written propaganda, graphic propaganda and oral education, while those in control group only received medication to control blood sugar. Results: Compared with the control group, there were significant differences in the blood glucose between the nutrition education intervention group and the control group (P <0.5). The fasting blood glucose, postprandial 2h glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin and other indices were significantly higher in the nutrition education intervention group than those in the control group. Conclusion: Nutritional education for patients hospitalized with diabetes mellitus can not only effectively control the blood sugar of patients, but also improve the therapeutic effect. At the same time, patients can acquire relevant nutrition knowledge and reduce the occurrence of complications.
