本文利用~3H-TdR掺入法研究了豆磷脂对小鼠艾氏腹水癌细胞DNA合成的影响。结果表明,豆磷脂0.2mg/ml即能抑制~3H-TdR掺入癌细胞DNA合成,抑制率为48.5%,与对照组比较P<0.05。增加剂量(0.4 mg/ml)后抑制率为84.5%,尸<0.01。豆磷脂作用于艾氏腹水癌细胞后,限定~3H-TdR掺入DNA合成的作用时间,分别测定0.5,1.2,4 h各组的掺入量。证明豆磷脂在0.5 h抑制作用最强,在4 h内掺入量没有明显变化,说明豆磷脂对
In this paper, ~ 3H-TdR incorporation was used to study the effect of soybean lecithin on the DNA synthesis of Ehrlich ascites carcinoma cells in mice. The results showed that soybean phospholipid 0.2mg / ml could inhibit DNA synthesis of ~ 3H-TdR into cancer cells, the inhibition rate was 48.5%, compared with the control group P <0.05. The inhibition rate was 84.5% after increasing the dose (0.4 mg / ml), and was <0.01. Bean phospholipid role in Ehrlich ascites cancer cells, limited ~ 3H-TdR incorporation of DNA synthesis time, were measured 0.5,1.2,4 h each group incorporation. It was proved that soybean lecithin had the strongest inhibitory effect at 0.5 h, and there was no significant change in the content of soybean lecithin within 4 h.
