在电碳工业中,使用浸渍工艺已相当普遍,并将其作为石墨材料填隙补强的重要方法之一,特别在旋转机械所需高强度石墨材料的生产过程中,它更是不可缺少的工艺程序。目前,我厂在高强度石墨制品的生产中,主要采用的浸渍剂为人造树脂。通过树脂浸渍的石墨材料具有高强度,低气孔率及良好的化学稳定性等特点,但是由于树脂耐温极限较低,通常只能在200℃以下的工作条件下使用。针对这一问题,我厂近几年来在金属浸渍方面进行了研制,并取得一定的进展。
