对符合〈CCMD—2〉诊断标准的64例精神分裂症患者进行治疗前及治疗后4周未做BEAM和EEG观察比较,其氯氮平治疗量控制在200—300mg/天,结果EEG异常率为73.43%,BEAM异常率为82.81%。BEAM异常形式为a频谱功能广泛增高,而以额颞部和顶中失部多见,此与精神分裂症患者额颞部功能低下病理有关。EEG异常者中轻度占18.75%,中度占32.81%,重度占21.87%。所以脑电地形图和脑电图在临床上是观察药疗和副作用的很重要的。
