广西农村留守儿童心理健康状况分析——以宾阳县为例

目的:了解广西农村留守儿童心理健康现状并探讨可能出现的心理问题。方法:采用《宾阳县留守中小学心理健康现状调查》问卷及个案访谈,抽样调查广西宾阳县170名留守中小学生。结果:农村留守儿童心理健康现状总体处于正常水平,但自责倾向、学习焦虑、孤独倾向等方面阳性检出率较高;不同年级段留守儿童心理健康水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),不同性别留守儿童心理健康水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),独生留守儿童与非独生留守儿童心理健康水平相近(P>0.05)。结论:低年级、女性以及父母长年不在家的留守儿童的心理状况应该是关注的重点,社会各界应给他们营造一个健康良好的成长环境。 Objective: To understand the status quo of mental health of left-behind children in rural areas of Guangxi and discuss possible psychological problems. Methods: According to the “Binyang County Mental Health Status Quo Investigation” questionnaire and case interviews, a sample survey of 170 students in Binyang County, Guangxi was conducted. Results: The status quo of mental health of left-behind children in rural areas was generally at a normal level, but positive rates of self-blaming tendency, learning anxiety and loneliness tended to be higher. The mental health status of left-behind children in different grades was significantly different (P <0.01) (P <0.01). The mental health of left behind children and non - left behind children were similar (P> 0.05). Conclusion: The psychological status of left-behind children in lower grades, women and parents who have not been at home for many years should be the focus of attention. All sectors of society should give them a healthy and healthy environment for growth.
