一、概述柔性加工单元(FMC)是机械加工“无人看管加工”的基本单元,在加工中实施刀具自动设定和工件自动测量,是达到“无人看管加工”的基本手段之一。在数控机床上应用自动测量系统将替代加工者通常所作的测量和修正等手工操作。目前,国外相当多的数控机床上(特别是加工中心,车削中心上)均配有刀具自动设定或工件自动测量。至于国内数控机床产品上应用自动测量则很少有报导,本文介绍数控车床上应用刀具自动测量和工件自动测量的原理和应用试验。
I. Overview The FMC is the basic unit of machining “unattended processing ”. It is the basic means to achieve “unattended processing ” in the processing of automatic tool setting and automatic measurement of the workpiece one. The application of automatic measurement systems on CNC machines will replace manual operations such as measurements and corrections commonly made by processors. At present, a considerable number of foreign CNC machine tools (especially machining centers, turning centers) are equipped with automatic tool setting or workpiece measurement. As for the domestic CNC machine tool products, application of automatic measurement is rarely reported, this article introduces the CNC lathe tool automatic measurement and workpiece automatic measurement principle and application test.
