碗口式钢管脚手架作为满堂式支架在桥梁上部结构现浇施工中应用非常广泛,其承载力计算多参考住建部发布的JGJ 166-2008《建筑施工碗扣式钢管脚手架安全技术规范》并结合工程经验确定。通过室内模拟工程实际搭设的6个碗口式钢管支架在竖向荷载作用下的试验,研究了在整体加载和单根立杆加载时结构的变形特点、破坏形态、极限荷载等内容,结合试验结果给出了考虑工程不利情况的碗口式支架竖向承载能力计算方法,并给出了设计和施工建议。
