本文分析了技校学生的心理特征,针对班主任在管理中需要注意的问题进行研究和探讨,以期增强技校学生的学习动力和自我约束能力,从而提高班主任班级管理工作效率。
This paper analyzes the psychological characteristics of technical school students, for the class teacher in the management of the need to pay attention to research and discussion, with a view to enhancing technical school students’ motivation and self-discipline ability to improve class teacher management efficiency.
