目的:建立甘松药材HPLC指纹图谱,以便比较完整地反映甘松的内在化学信息,全面评价甘松药材质量,与其他药材进行鉴别。方法:应用HPLC法测定了10批甘松的指纹图谱,甲醇-水为流动相,进行梯度洗脱,检测波长288 nm,流速1.0 ml/min,柱温25℃,收集65 min。结果:建立了甘松HPLC指纹图谱共有模式,并对不同产地药材进行了相似度比较。结论:该方法稳定可靠,信息量大,为甘松药材鉴别和质量评价提供了依据。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a HPLC fingerprint of Nardellis sinensis in order to reflect the intrinsic chemical information of Nardelli to fully reflect the quality of Nardelli’s medicinal material and identify it with other medicinal materials. METHODS: HPLC fingerprints were used to determine the fingerprints of 10 batches of Gansong. Methanol-water was used as the mobile phase. Gradient elution was performed. The detection wavelength was 288 nm, the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min, the column temperature was 25°C, and the collection time was 65 min. RESULTS: A consensus model of HPLC fingerprints was established and the similarities of the herbs from different regions were compared. Conclusion: This method is stable and reliable, and has a large amount of information, which provides a basis for the identification and quality evaluation of Nardus.
