降解木质素效果的优良是提取低聚木糖效果的标准。通过过氧酸选择性氧化木质素β-O-4型二聚体,然后通过水解获得有价值的芳香族化学物,该反应获得芳香酯的选择性高达93%。以甲酸为溶剂、过氧甲酸为氧化剂获得3,4-二甲氧基苯乙酮、2-苯甲氧基-1-苯乙酮和1-(3,4-二甲氧基苯基)乙醇、2-苯甲氧基-1-苯乙醇的氧化反应途径及其动力学数据。在反应过程中,反应物中的二级醇不仅可以氧化到酮,而且可以直接氧化到相应的酯。这为低聚木糖的提取提供了更为简便的方法。
The good lignin degradation is the standard for the extraction of xylo-oligosaccharides. Selective oxidation of lignin beta-O-4 dimers by peroxyacids followed by hydrolysis afforded valuable aromatics that gave selectivities of aromatic esters up to 93%. Using formic acid as solvent and peroxy formic acid as oxidant, 3,4-dimethoxyacetophenone, 2-benzyloxy-1-acetophenone and 1- (3,4-dimethoxyphenyl) Ethanol, 2-Benzyloxy-1-phenylethanol oxidation reaction pathway and its kinetic data. During the reaction, the secondary alcohol in the reactants can be oxidized not only to the ketone but also to the corresponding ester directly. This provides a more simple and convenient method for extracting xylooligosaccharides.
