本文在分析购物中心经营差异必要性的基础上,通过对沪粤两地成功案例的纵向和横向的研究分析,探讨购物中心差异化的成功之道,提出实现差异化的途径,以期望大型购物中心在我国健康发展。
Based on the analysis of the necessity of the differences in shopping malls, through the vertical and horizontal analysis of successful cases in Shanghai and Guangdong, this paper discusses the successful ways of shopping malls differentiation and puts forward ways to achieve differentiation in order to expect large shopping Center in our healthy development.
