十多年来,三系法已成为水稻杂交育种必不可少的程序。但该法费工费时,迫切需要改进。如果采用光感核不育系制种程序,就不用保持系,故名两系法。该不育系在长日照下表现雄性不育,可作母本配制杂交种;在短日照条件下,可以自交结实,方法简便易行。用两系法取代三系法,不但能解决杂交制种难的矛盾,而且有利于及时培育出更多的高产、优质水稻品种。
For more than a decade, the three-line method has become an indispensable procedure for rice hybrid breeding. However, the law costs time, there is an urgent need to improve. If you use light-sensitive nuclear sterile seed production program, you do not have to maintain the Department, named two-line method. The male sterile line shows male sterility under long sunshine and can be used as female parent to prepare hybrids. Under short daylight conditions, the male sterile lines can be selfed and fructified, and the method is simple and convenient. Using two lines instead of three lines, not only can solve the contradiction of hybrid seed production difficult, but also conducive to timely breeding more high yield, high quality rice varieties.
