心钠素是由心脏产生的一种循环性激素,具有强大的利钠、利尿、扩张血管和降低血压等多种作用。本文仅就心钠素对肾脏的作用做一概述。一、心钠素对肾脏的作用(一)作用于肾小球。实验研究表明,心钠素能选择地使肾小球入球动脉扩张,使出球动脉收缩,肾小球滤过率增多。另外,心钠素可直接改变肾小球的超滤过系数,而增加肾小球滤过率。(二)作用于近曲小管。心钠素对近曲小管无直接作用,但心钠素可以抑制血管紧张素Ⅱ所引起的藏体再吸收,而发挥其利钠利尿作用。(三)作用于 HenIe 氏襻和远曲小管。心钠素可间接地影响远曲小管钠的调节。这是由于抑制肾
