为了研究温拌剂对沥青及沥青混合料抗水损害性能的影响,研究基于原子力显微镜(AFM)力曲线,利用表面自由能理论测试了4种修饰改性后探针与3类沥青(1种原样沥青、2种温拌沥青)冻融处理前后的粘附功(内聚功),并结合试验路劈裂试验进行对比分析。结果表明:AFM力曲线能有效地表征沥青与微粒之间的粘附性能。不同探针测试结果显示:温拌剂的掺入并未使沥青抗水损害性能受到较大负面影响。同时劈裂试验也表明Sasobit温拌沥青抗水损害性能明显优于合成沸石类温拌沥青。
In order to study the effect of warm mix on the water damage resistance of asphalt and bituminous mixtures, four kinds of modified probes and three types of asphalts (1 kinds) were tested by surface free energy theory based on atomic force microscope (AFM) As-kind bitumen and two warm-mix bitumen) before and after freeze-thaw treatment, and compared with the experimental road splitting test. The results show that the AFM force curve can effectively characterize the adhesion between asphalt and particles. The results of different probe tests showed that the incorporation of warm mix did not cause the water resistance of asphalt to be greatly negatively affected. At the same time cleavage test also shows that Sasobit warm mix asphalt waterproof damage performance is significantly better than synthetic zeolite warm mix asphalt.
