为明确杀螟硫磷施用于粮食(原粮)后的残留消解情况,评价其使用后的生态环境安全性,以指导其科学合理施用,并确保农产品的安全供给,本研究采用气相色谱技术研究了杀螟硫磷残留的动态降解规律。通过添加回收率,建立了杀螟硫磷的残留分析方法,借助气相色谱检测技术,检测了试验室试验中杀螟硫磷在粮食中的残留动态。研究发现,杀螟硫磷在稻谷中较易消解,其半衰期为0.3月,在小麦和玉米中的半衰期分别为3.6月和3.2月。按推荐剂量(5~15mg/kg)施用达安全标准(最大残留限量5mg/kg)需要的时间稻谷为0.1~1.4月,玉米为2.3~5.8月,小麦为2.3~10.1月。
In order to clarify the residue digestion situation after the application of fenitrothion to food (raw grain), evaluate the ecological and environmental safety after its use, in order to guide its scientific and rational application, and ensure the safe supply of agricultural products, this study studied by gas chromatography Dynamic degradation of fenitrothion residue.
