炉窑燃料消耗量是多种因素相互作用的综合结果,燃料性质、燃料方法、炉窑体结构、热工制度和操作等,任何一个条件发生变化,都会影响到燃料消耗量。炉窑的节能措施不外乎是改变这些因素,使之降低燃料消耗量。炉窑采取节能措施,需要对效果有所了解,方能判断其可行性。为此,本人推导了一些计算公式,用以测算炉窑节能方法的节能效果。利用这些公式,根据某种参数的预定变化,可以直接算出节能效果,并能分析节能量变化的一般规律。
The fuel consumption of the kiln is a comprehensive result of the interaction of many factors. Any change in the fuel properties, fuel method, kiln body structure, thermal regime and operation will affect the fuel consumption. Energy-saving measures in furnaces are nothing more than changing these factors to reduce fuel consumption. Energy-saving measures taken in the kiln, the need to understand the effect, in order to judge its feasibility. To this end, I derived a number of formulas to calculate the energy-saving effect of energy-saving furnace kiln. Using these formulas, energy savings can be directly calculated based on a predetermined change in a parameter, and the general law governing changes in energy savings can be analyzed.
