职业生涯教育是以促进个体职业生涯发展为目的,有计划、有组织地培养个体规划自我职业生涯的意识、发展职业生涯技能的活动。开展职业生涯教育是当代高中生谋求职业与终身发展的迫切需求。美国作为较早开展职业生涯教育的国家之一,在高中职业生涯教育方面积累了丰富的经验。本文选取加州公立高中职业生涯教育作为研究对象,从实施主体与形式、课程设置与内容、支持资源等角度探寻美国公立高中是如何开展职业生涯教育的,并对我国公立高中实施职业生涯教育提出了建议。
Career education is to promote individual career development for the purpose of a planned, organized training of individual self-career planning awareness, career development skills activities. Carrying out career education is the urgent need of high school students seeking career and lifelong development. As one of the countries that started career education earlier, the United States has accumulated rich experience in high school career education. This article chooses California public high school career education as the research object, probes into how American public high schools carry out career education from the aspects of implementation subject and form, curriculum setting and content, supporting resources and so on, and puts forward some suggestions on how to carry out career education in public high schools in our country Suggest.
