公司高层管理团队对公司战略决策、绩效产生影响。但现有研究成果结论不一致,尤其是已有研究主要集中在欧美等成熟的市场经济条件下,对处于新兴市场经济条件下的中国公司指导意义不显著。本文以我国IT行业上市公司为样本,实证研究IT上市公司高层管理团队传记特征性与公司绩效关系。研究结果表明,IT上市公司高层管理团队平均年龄、平均任期、教育专业异质性与公司绩效正相关,平均教育水平、职业来源异质性与公司绩效的变化方向一致但相关性不显著。
The company’s top management team has an impact on the company’s strategic decisions and performance. However, the conclusions of the existing research results are inconsistent. In particular, the existing research mainly focuses on the mature market economy conditions in Europe and the United States and does not insignificantly guide the Chinese companies under emerging market economy conditions. This paper takes the listed companies of IT industry in our country as an example to study the relationship between the biographical characteristics of the top management team of IT listed companies and corporate performance. The results show that the average age, average term, and education professional heterogeneity of top management team of IT listed companies are positively correlated with corporate performance. The average educational level, the heterogeneity of professional sources and the corporate performance change direction are the same, but the correlation is not significant.
