目的:探讨尿液沉渣镜检对泌尿系统疾病的诊断价值。方法:本次临床研究主要选取了2012年3月至2015年6月期间,于我院接受治疗的80例泌尿系统疾病患者作为研究对象,均采用尿液分析仪方法及尿液沉渣镜检方法进行检查,将两种诊断方法的诊断准确率进行对比分析。结果:尿液沉渣镜检诊断白细胞、红细胞、管型及蛋白检测阳性率均较尿液分析仪检验阳性率高(P<0.05);尿液沉渣镜检诊断肾肿瘤、肾结石、急性肾炎综合征及肾小球病4种疾病的检出率均较尿液分析仪检验阳性率高(P<0.05)。结论:尿液沉渣镜检对泌尿系统疾病的诊断具有重要价值,值得推广及借鉴。
Objective: To investigate the value of urine sediment microscopy in the diagnosis of urinary system diseases. Methods: This clinical study mainly selected 80 cases of urinary system diseases treated in our hospital from March 2012 to June 2015 as the research object. Both the urine analyzer method and the urine sediment microscopy method To check, the diagnostic accuracy of the two diagnostic methods for comparative analysis. Results: The positive rate of leucocyte, erythrocyte, tube type and protein in urine sediment microscopy was higher than that of urine analyzer (P <0.05). Urine sediment microscopy was used to diagnose renal tumor, kidney stones and acute nephritis Signs and glomerular disease four kinds of diseases detection rate than urine analyzer test positive rate (P <0.05). Conclusion: Urinary sediment microscopy has important value in the diagnosis of urological diseases, which is worth popularization and reference.
