煤矿主扇总负压的测定,以前一直使用“皮托管-U型水计”法。用该法测定时读数困难,且不准确;更不能将总负压变成远传信号输送至矿井调度室,使矿井值班人员随时掌握矿井负压变化情况。为了解决这个问题,重庆煤炭研究所和阳泉矿务局三矿在DBC型美压变送器的基础上改制成功了《KFJ-Ⅰ型矿井主扇总负压检测装置》(简称“检测装置”,下同)。此检测装置在三矿二号井已安装使用了一年多的时间。实践表明它具有使用方便,读数直观,测量精度高,线性、分辨率、稳定性好等优点,完全适合测量矿井主扇负压。
