目的探讨质量管理在腹腔镜清洗消毒流程中的应用效果,为规范腹腔镜清洗消毒流程及提高腹腔镜清洗效果提供参考依据。方法选取2014年10月-2015年10月使用的60条腹腔镜,分为实验组和对照组,两组各30条腹腔镜。实验组按质量管理要求进行清洁和消毒,对照组实施传统清洗消毒,比较两组消毒质量达标率、细菌学监测合格率等指标。结果实验组清洁质量达标率为96.67%,与对照组90.00%相比有显著差异(P<0.05);实验组消毒质量达标率为93.33%,与对照组83.33%相比有显著差异(P<0.05);实验组隐血实验达标率为96.67%,与对照组86.67%相比有显著差异(P<0.05);实验组细菌监测达标率为100.00%,与对照组93.33%相比有显著差异(P<0.05);纱布使用数量及清洗剂更换频率两组比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论在腹腔镜清洗及消毒过程中证实质量管理效果更加理想,能够有效提高腹腔镜清洗消毒合格率,降低感染发生率,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the application of quality control in laparoscopic cleaning and disinfection process and to provide reference for regulating laparoscopic cleaning and disinfection process and improving laparoscopic cleaning effect. Methods 60 laparoscopes from October 2014 to October 2015 were selected and divided into experimental group and control group, with 30 laparoscopes in each group. The experimental group was cleaned and disinfected according to the requirements of quality control. The control group was subjected to traditional cleaning and disinfecting. The compliance rates of disinfection quality and bacteriological monitoring were compared between the two groups. Results The compliance rate of cleaning quality in experimental group was 96.67%, which was significantly different from 90.00% in control group (P <0.05). The compliance rate of disinfection quality in experimental group was 93.33%, which was significantly different from 83.33% in control group (P < 0.05). The rate of occult blood test in the experimental group was 96.67%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (86.67%, P <0.05). The rate of bacterial monitoring in the experimental group was 100.00%, which was significantly different from that of the control group (93.33% P <0.05). The number of gauze used and the frequency of cleaning agent replacement were significantly different between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusions The results of laparoscopic cleaning and disinfection proved that the quality control effect is more ideal, which can effectively improve the laparoscopic cleaning and disinfection pass rate and reduce the incidence of infection, which is worth popularizing and applying.
