为了改善低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)微孔膜的结构和性能,以二苯醚(DPE)为稀释剂,利用热致相分离法(TIPS)制备了LDPE/4A沸石共混微孔膜。共混膜的孔径随着4A沸石添加量的增加呈现先减小后增大的趋势;当4A沸石添加量从0增加到10%时,共混膜的拉伸强度从1.4MPa增加到1.74MPa,断裂伸长率从41%增加到56%,水通量从0增加到30L/m2h;但高4A沸石添加量不利于共混膜结晶度的提高,适宜添加量应选择在4%~6%较为合适。此外,考察了共混膜制备过程中的各工艺参数对膜透过性能的影响规律,结果表明:当稀释剂浓度在62%~82%、冷却浴温度0~75℃的范围内逐渐提高时,膜的孔隙率和水通量相应增加。
In order to improve the structure and properties of low density polyethylene (LDPE) microporous membranes, LDPE / 4A zeolite blended microporous membranes were prepared by thermally induced phase separation (TIPS) using diphenyl ether (DPE) as a diluent. The pore size of the blend membrane tended to decrease and then increase with the increase of the zeolite 4A content. When the zeolite content increased from 0 to 10%, the tensile strength of the blend membrane increased from 1.4 MPa to 1.74 MPa , The elongation at break increased from 41% to 56% and the water flux increased from 0 to 30L / m2h.
