[Objective] To optimize the extraction technology of oil from Xinjiang Desi chickpea and study its chemical component,so as to provide scientific evidences for exploitation and development of Xinjiang Desi chickpea.[Method] Taking the extraction rate of oil as index,L9(34)orthogonal test was used to optimize extraction parameters of oil from Desi chickpea including extraction pressure,extraction temperature and extraction time by supercritical CO2 fluid extraction(SFE-CO2).Furthermore,chemical components of oil from Desi chickpea were analyzed by chemical and physical test and GC-MS method.[Result] The optimum extraction conditions of oil were as follows:extraction pressure of 30 MPa,extraction temperature of 40 ℃ and extraction time of 3 h.Under this condition,the extraction rate of oil was up to 18.19%.Through GC-MS analysis,the main chemical component of oil from Desi chickpea was linoleic acid.[Conclusion] SFE-CO2 method for extracting oil from Desi chickpea was proved to be stable and reliable with an extreme high application value.
