鞍钢第二炼钢厂为了寻找新的钼合金剂,决定在三百吨平炉上,采用氧化钼作合金剂冶炼55SiMnMoVNb弹簧钢.试验自1978年9月9日至15日进行,共冶炼五炉,其中三炉采用氧化钼块随料加入法,两炉采用在精炼期加入,冶炼结果表明:钼的回收率分别为91.5%; 80.0%; 90.8%; 94.3%; 80.99%.55SiMnMoVNb钢坯采用超声波探伤和低倍组织检验.检验结果表明:不论用坑缓冷还是堆垛
