数字电视技术最早出现于欧洲,并于2001年4月28日,在我国苏州投入了第一个市场运营的数字有线电视。数字电视作为网络化和电视数字化的产物,在“十五”期间,国家将数字电视技术作为信息产业的核心技术,进行了大力的普及和推广,同时也使得我国电视产业市场化和产业化的进程也迈上了新的台阶。然而,数字电视虽然在市场中已经得到了广泛销售,但时至今日,却仍没有建立起一个真正按照商业措施和市场规律去运作的较为完善的独立的经营体系。数字电视应如何发展,如何突破当前所面临的困境,已成为了当前不得不考虑的现实问题。本文结合数字电视在国内的推广现状,并针对在发展中所面临的困境与问题,提出了相应的解决对策,以供借鉴与参考。
