合理的定价策略是电力营销成功的关键。分析我国电价制定的现状,讨论对电价体系有重要影响的一些关键因素。提出一个考虑负荷分类和用电特性的电价决策方法,特别计及了不同用户的负荷率、供电电压等级、负荷形状、可靠性要求等因素。通过实际例子验证了该决策方法的有效性,供有关部门在制定合理的电价时参考。
Reasonable pricing strategy is the key to the success of power marketing. Analysis of the status of China’s electricity price development, to discuss some of the key factors that have an important impact on the electricity price system. A power price decision method considering load classification and power consumption characteristics is proposed, taking into account factors such as load rate, supply voltage level, load shape and reliability requirements of different users. The validity of the decision method is verified through practical examples for the reference of relevant departments when formulating reasonable electricity price.
