氯芬待因是由双氯芬酸和磷酸可待因组成的复方。小鼠醋酸扭体法测得氯芬待因,双氯苯酸和可待因灌胃的镇痛ED50分别为25.8,11.5和22.9mg·kg-1。小鼠甩尾法测得三种药物的灌胃镇痛ED50分别为82.8,71.7和35.6mg·kg-1。上述结果提示双氯芬酸可以加强可待因的镇痛作用。氯芬待因12.5-20mg·kg-1或双氯芬酸10-20mg·kg-1灌胃均能显著抑制鸡蛋清引起的大鼠后肢足跖肿大,提示可待因能够加强双氯芬酸的抗炎作用,因此氯芬待因两组份有较好的协同作用。
Chlorpheniramine is a combination of diclofenac and codeine phosphate. The analgesic ED50 of chlorpheniramine, diclofenac and codeine were respectively 25.8, 11.5 and 22.9 mg · kg-1 measured by acetic acid writhing in mice. Mouse flick test measured three kinds of drugs intragastric analgesia ED50 were 82.8,71.7 and 35.6mg · kg-1. The above results suggest that diclofenac may enhance the analgesic effect of codeine. Chlorpheniramine could significantly inhibit the rat’s hind limb plantar enlargement induced by 12.5-20mg · kg-1 or diclofenac 10-20mg · kg-1, suggesting that codeine can enhance the anti-inflammatory effect of diclofenac Role, so Chlorpheniramine due to better synergies between the two components.
