心房颤动是一种常见的心律失常,心房颤动患者心室率快,易出现心悸,同时会引起血流动力学改变导致心房内形成血栓,血栓脱落至身体各个部位形成栓塞,严重者危及生命。心房颤动射频导管消融术目前已发展成为治疗心房颤动的有效方法之一,但心房颤动射频导管消融手术操作与其他心血管介入手术相比较为复杂,手术时间较长,术后血栓栓塞事件仍然是主要并发症之一。心房颤动射频导管消融术后的抗凝治疗仍存在许多争议,现以综述的形式阐述心房颤动射频导管消融术后的抗凝治疗现状。“,”Atrial fibrillation is a common arrhythmia that may cause increased ventricular rate ,heart palpitations and the change of hemodynamic leading to atrial thrombosis .Atrial thrombosis is highly life threatening if various body parts form embolisms .Atrial fibrillation radiofrequency ablation has developed into one of the most effective methods of the treatment for atrial fibrillation .However in comparison to other cardiovascular intervention surgeries;the procedure is complex ,the operation takes a long time and postoperative thromboembolic events are still one of the main complications .There are many controversial over anticoagulation therapies after radiofrequency ablation of atrial fi -brillation.This article will discuss these problems in the form of an overview .
