介绍了植物抗诱变剂的来源、化学类型及对不同诱变原的抑制作用。报道了具有抗诱变作用的常见食用植物,期望从中开发出新的抗诱变剂。
The sources, chemical types and inhibitory effects of different mutagenic agents on plant antimutagenic agents were introduced. A common edible plant with an antimutagenic effect is reported, and it is expected that new antimutagenic agents will be developed therefrom.
