当代青年是生活时尚的“弄潮儿”。如今,夜生活、“无厨饮食”、周末运动与时髦打扮等已成为越来越多青年男女的“生活特色”。然而,年轻人在紧追时尚脚步时,身体健康也正悄悄受到损害。夜生活打乱生物钟练歌、蹦迪、泡吧、上网,都市夜生活浪漫迷人,青年人适当参与,有利于缓解白天紧张工作的疲劳,但是不少俊男靓女往往沉迷其中,甚至通宵达旦,导致疲惫不堪,睡眠不足。专家说,生物钟长期紊乱容易引发神经衰弱、冠心病、心肌梗塞、中风、高血压等多种疾病。现代青年应充分认识到生活规律、睡眠充足对自身健康的重要性。
Contemporary youth is the fashion of life “beach party ”. Nowadays, the night life, the kitchenless diet, weekend sports and fashionable dress have become the “life style ” of more and more young men and women. However, young people are quietly undermining fashion trends. Nightlife disrupts the biological clock training song, disco, clubbing, Internet, romantic nightlife in urban areas, appropriate participation of young people, will help ease the fatigue of daytime nervous work, but many handsome and beauties are often addicted to them, even overnight, resulting in exhaustion ,lack of sleep. Experts said that long-term biological clock disorders easily lead to neurasthenia, coronary heart disease, myocardial infarction, stroke, hypertension and other diseases. Modern youth should fully understand the laws of life, adequate sleep on their own health.
