目的探索符合卫生检验单位特点的报告管理模式,以提高管理水平。方法对福建省疾病预防控制中心卫生检验报告管理系统进行分析。结果系统由信息采集(标识信息、基本信息和流转信息)、数据服务(标准服务、流程服务和报告服务)、质量控制(电子印章责任到人、全程关键控制)和综合管理(管理及查询)4个控制性结构组成,利用查询模块可以实现4个模块共享,优化了工作流程,提升了报告管理能力。结论该系统有助于节约管理成本,提升工作效率和质量,值得相关单位借鉴。
Objective To explore the report management mode that accords with the characteristics of health inspection units so as to improve the management level. Methods Fujian Provincial Center for Disease Control and Prevention health inspection report management system analysis. Results The system is composed of information collection (identification information, basic information and transfer information), data services (standard services, process services and reporting services), quality control (electronic seal responsibility, people-oriented critical control) and integrated management (management and inquiry) 4 control structure, the use of query module can achieve 4 modules to share, optimize the workflow, enhance the reporting management capabilities. Conclusion The system helps to save management costs, improve work efficiency and quality, it is worth drawing relevant units.
