在介绍曲靖非相干散射雷达的基本情况和工作参量的基础上,给出了雷达探测空间碎片的灵敏度,报道了2014年11月18日空间碎片探测的实验结果,与理论轨道计算值比较,目标的距离值有很好的一致性,确认了7个编目碎片,证实了利用曲靖非相干散射雷达开展空间碎片探测的可行性。经过进一步的技术革新,曲靖非相干散射雷达有望观测直径为5 cm左右的空间碎片,并通过组网等技术手段进一步扩充空间碎片和其他自然天体目标的跟踪能力。
Based on the introduction of the basic situation and working parameters of Qujing incoherent scattering radar, the sensitivity of radar to detect space debris is presented. The experimental results of space debris detection on November 18, 2014 are reported. Compared with the theoretical orbit calculation, the target Of the distance values are consistent, identified seven catalog fragments, confirmed the use of Qujing incoherent scattering radar to detect the feasibility of space debris.
