本文通过实验详细研究了在硫酸介质中以铜 (Ⅱ )作催化剂 ,抗坏血酸作还原剂 ,用硫氰酸盐光度法测定钢中钼含量时 ,硫酸的酸度 ,磷酸浓度 ,硫氰酸盐的浓度、铁 (Ⅲ )的影响情况 ,得出了一种快速准确测定钢中钼含量的分析方法 ,适宜测定钼含量≥ 0 .0 5 %的钢中钼含量的测定。
In this paper, we studied in detail the acidity, phosphoric acid concentration and thiocyanate concentration of sulfuric acid in sulfuric acid medium with copper (Ⅱ) as catalyst and ascorbic acid as reductant and thiocyanate photometric method to determine the content of molybdenum in steel. , Iron (Ⅲ), a rapid and accurate method for the determination of molybdenum content in steel was obtained, which is suitable for the determination of molybdenum content in steel with molybdenum content ≥0.0 5%.
