本文在概述国内外生铁高炉脱湿鼓风技术发展和脱湿鼓风对高炉冶炼影响的基础上,根据新余锰铁高炉生产实践,对脱湿鼓风节焦增产效果进行了分析计算。结果表明:按3座255m~3锰铁高炉在二、三季度(脱湿期)脱湿10.19g/m~3计算,全年节焦、增产、提高锰铁质量所获得的经济效益约为1500万元,效果十分显著。脱湿鼓风是该厂锰铁高炉技术进步发展方向之一。
Based on the summary of the development of dehumidification and blasting technology of pig iron blast furnace at home and abroad and the influence of dehumidification and blasting on blast furnace smelting, the effect of coke yield increase of dehumidification and blower section was analyzed and calculated according to the production practice of Xinyu Ferromanganese blast furnace. The results show that according to the calculated value of 10.19g / m ~ 3 for dehumidification of three 255m ~ 3 ferromanganese blast furnaces in the second and third quarters (desiccation period), the economic benefits obtained from the annual coke production increase and the ferromanganese quality increase are about 15 million yuan, the effect is very significant.
