以轨道架线车升降平台和收放线装置为研究对象,利用AMESim软件建立了升降平台和收放线装置液压系统模型,通过设置主要参数,实现了液压系统动力学仿真。仿真结果表明,升降平台液压系统响应速度较快,上升和下降稳定性较好;在收线过程中卷筒运行平稳,系统压力越来越小,马达输出扭矩越来越小,符合收线过程中不卡线情况,为轨道架线车液压系统的性能评估和优化设计提供了一条新途径。
Taking the trolley wire lifting platform and the retractable wire device as the research objects, the hydraulic system model of the lifting platform and the retractable wire device was established by AMESim software. Through setting the main parameters, the hydraulic system dynamics simulation was realized. The simulation results show that the hydraulic system of lifting platform has fast response and good stability of ascending and descending. During the process of rewinding, the spool runs smoothly, the system pressure is getting smaller and smaller, the output torque of the motor is getting smaller and smaller, In the case of no card line, for the rail line vehicle hydraulic system performance evaluation and optimization design provides a new way.
