企业重视员工的存在,这是我们都必须承认的事实,作为依附于企业存在的个体,员工的工作以及行为活动都会对企业的利益产生影响。人才的获得可以通过许多途径,但最主要的是招聘,这种形式既是企业寻求人才的基础方式,也是人们实现自身价值的渠道之一。人力资源绩效管理的主体是员工。员工根据企业及团体的发展要求,提高自身的工作业绩,为企业及团体做出更大的贡献。为了企业的发展,人力资源绩效管理模式得到了推广,它与传统的管理方式不同,更加追求员工的绩效,换句话讲,就是更加重视人的工作实力。
