目的探讨超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)与血清降钙素原(PCT)联合检测在儿童重症感染性疾病中的临床意义。方法选取2014年1月-2016年7月在江苏盛泽医院儿科就诊的重症感染性疾病儿童为研究对象,随机选取细菌性感染儿童40例作为细菌感染组,病毒感染儿童40例作为病毒感染组,另选取同期在该院体检的40例健康儿童作为健康对照组,采集所有研究对象治疗前后适量空腹静脉血,分别采用电化学发光法和免疫比浊法对血清PCT和hs-CRP含量进行定量检测,并对检测结果进行比较分析。结果细菌感染组血清PCT和hs-CRP水平均明显高于病毒感染组和健康对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。细菌感染组血清PCT和hs-CRP阳性率均明显高于病毒感染组和健康对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);病毒感染组血清PCT和hs-CRP阳性率与健康对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。细菌感染组患儿治疗后血清PCT和hsCRP水平较治疗前明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血清PCT与hs-CRP联合检测在儿童重症感染性疾病中具有重要作用,当患者发生严重细菌感染时,hs-CRP与血清PCT浓度均明显增高,具有较高的敏感性,可以作为临床诊断儿童重症感染性疾病的重要指标。
Objective To investigate the clinical significance of combined detection of hs-CRP and PCT in children with severe infectious diseases. Methods From January 2014 to July 2016, 40 pediatric patients with bacterial infection were enrolled in this study. The children with bacterial infection were randomly selected from 40 children with viral infection as the virus-infected group , And the other 40 healthy children who were checked in the same hospital during the same period were selected as healthy control group. All the subjects received fasting venous blood before and after treatment. The levels of serum PCT and hs-CRP were determined by electrochemiluminescence and immunoturbidimetry respectively Testing, and comparative analysis of test results. Results The levels of serum PCT and hs-CRP in bacterial infection group were significantly higher than those in viral infection group and healthy control group (all P <0.05). The positive rate of serum PCT and hs-CRP in bacterial infection group was significantly higher than that in virus infection group and healthy control group (all P <0.05). The positive rate of PCT and hs-CRP in virus infection group was significantly higher than that in healthy control group There was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). The serum levels of PCT and hsCRP in children with bacterial infection were significantly lower than those before treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions Combined detection of serum PCT and hs-CRP plays an important role in severe infectious diseases in children. When severe bacterial infections occur in patients, hs-CRP and serum PCT concentrations are significantly increased, with high sensitivity and can be used as clinical diagnosis Important indicator of severe infectious disease in children.
